Billing Management

: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.

Project Scheduling

: Develop, monitor, and update project schedules utilizing project management software to ensure timely completion of construction activities.

Cost Estimation

: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, for various stages of construction projects.

Documentation & Reporting

: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular reports on project progress and financials to stakeholders.

Contract Management

: Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts, ensuring all terms align with project objectives and financial constraints.

Software Proficiency

: Auto-CAD, MS-Office, Microsoft Project

Key Requirements

Experience

: 3-8 years of experience in planning and billing within the construction industry, preferably in the Road, Highways, or Industrial sectors.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Site-Based Work

: Willingness to work on-site in various project locations, requiring adaptability and strong project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP)
