Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans and schedules Monitor project progress and update timelines as necessary Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks Manage billing processes, including preparation and submission of invoices Track project costs and ensure budget compliance Generate status reports and present updates to management Identify and resolve any project-related issues promptly Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Proven experience as a Planning Engineer or similar role Strong understanding of project management and scheduling principles Experience with billing processes and financial tracking Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in project management software Attention to detail and accuracy
