Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using MS Project / Primavera.
Prepare work breakdown structures (WBS) and align schedules with BOQ and contract scope.
Track project progress against baseline schedules and highlight deviations.
Coordinate with site teams for daily, weekly, and monthly progress reporting.
Prepare resource plans (manpower, machinery, materials) and assist in cost forecasting.
Identify risks, delays, and critical activities, and propose mitigation measures.
Prepare progress reports and presentations for management and clients.
B. Billing Responsibilities
Prepare Running Account (RA) bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills as per contract.
Verify site measurements, quantities, and progress before billing.
Reconcile client, subcontractor, and supplier bills with work orders and contracts.
Ensure timely submission of bills and coordinate for certification and approvals.
Maintain records of all billing-related documents, drawings, and approvals.
Assist in handling variations, extra items, escalation claims, and contractual disputes.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS) and company billing policies.
C. Coordination & Documentation
Act as a link between site engineers, head office, and clients for billing and planning matters.
Submit regular MIS (Management Information System) reports on project progress and billing status.
Support internal audits and client queries with proper documentation.
Assist in cash flow forecasting and project cost control.
