On behalf of our renowned client in Saudi Arabia, we are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Planner (Planning Assistant) for upcoming shutdown projects in the industrial sector.

Position Overview

The Planner (Planning Assistant) will support senior planning engineers in the preparation, coordination, and execution of project schedules during plant shutdowns. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in shutdown environments, particularly with well-established industrial companies.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and maintaining shutdown project schedules Support the planning team in daily progress tracking and reporting Coordinate with operations and engineering teams for planning updates Analyze data and prepare detailed reports for management Ensure alignment with project timelines and shutdown milestones

Candidate Requirements

? Minimum 5 years of experience in shutdown projects

? Previous experience with Tasnee, SABIC, MCSC, or BSTS is mandatory

? Familiar with Primavera P6 or similar planning software

? Strong communication and coordination skills

? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive industrial setting
