Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for ship repair and construction activities.
Coordinate with production, procurement, and engineering teams to align project timelines.
Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly.
Analyze resource allocation and identify bottlenecks or delays.
Prepare progress reports and assist in project planning meetings.
Ensure adherence to project deadlines and client requirements.
Use planning software tools such as
Primavera P6
,
MS Project
, or equivalent.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Marine Engineering or related discipline.
4-6 years of experience in
shipyard planning
(ship repair or new build projects).
Proficiency in
planning and scheduling software
(Primavera / MS Project).
Strong understanding of shipyard operations, work breakdown structures, and resource management.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
