Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated freshers who are eager to gain hands-on experience in various domains, including Administration and Placements. They assist with managing student databases, employer outreach, event organization, and daily tasks to ensure smooth placement drives and career services --

with the possibility of being considered for permanent employment based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Placement Officer in reaching out to companies for internship and job opportunities. Guide students on basic placement-related queries. Schedule interviews, maintain company contact lists, and follow up on placement requirements. Assist in organizing campus recruitment drives, pre-placement talks, job fairs, and workshops. Maintain and update placement records and reports. Draft emails, prepare notices, and share updates with students. Assist in preparing placement statistics and reports for management.

Eligibility:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or master's program. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Please note that having a laptop and mobile phone is mandatory for this role.
