Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Placement Strategist to lead influencer seeding, styling, and garment placements for our hero products and collaboration collections This role requires someone with strong industry connections, a keen fashion sense, and the ability to maximize visibility through strategic influencer and celebrity partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Drive influencer seeding and styling strategy for key products and collaborative launches. Place branded garments with mega macro influencers, creators, and celebrities. Identify opportunities with local IPs, trending creators, and niche community figures. Manage product flow, styling requests and placement logistics. Collaborate with PR and co-marketing teams to enhance visibility and brand recall. Track placements and evaluate impact on awareness, engagement, and brand equity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, celebrity styling, fashion PR. Proven experience in fashion placements, creator partnerships, or brand collaborations. Existing network with stylists, talent managers, or influencers is highly preferred.

Key Skills

Strong understanding of the creator economy and cultural trends. Excellent eye for styling, fashion aesthetics, and product market fit. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple placements simultaneously. Strong communication relationship building, and negotiation skills. Analytical mindset to track, report, and optimize placement performance. Ability to work in a fast paced, creative environment.
