Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and training sessions for students.
Maintain an updated database of students, recruiters, and placement records.
Guide and counsel students to enhance their employability skills, resume writing, and interview performance.
Collaborate with faculty and departments to align training programs with evolving industry needs.
Prepare periodic placement reports and present them to the management.
Explore internship and apprenticeship tie-ups for B.Pharm, M.Pharm, and Pharm.D students.
Connect with alumni working in the pharma industry for collaboration and mentorship opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience
Master's / Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in campus placements, recruitment, or corporate relations (preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare education).
Excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and recruiters.
