Develop new corporate tie-ups and strengthen existing partnerships for consistent hiring needs.
Monitor placement activities, maintain placement records, and prepare regular reports.
Stay updated with current industry trends and hiring requirements.
Ensure smooth communication between candidates, training team, and hiring partners.
