Key Responsibilities1. Industry Collaboration & Corporate Outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with leading organizations in IT, Management, and allied sectors.
Initiate and manage partnerships for
campus recruitment drives

Regularly engage with HR professionals and hiring managers to align student readiness with current industry trends.
2. Placement & Internship Coordination
Plan, organize, and execute
placement drives

internship programs

pre-placement talks

Provide
career counseling

resume-building guidance

interview preparation sessions
for students.
Track placement data, maintain records, and submit regular performance and feedback reports to management.
3. Events & Industry Exposure
Coordinate
industry visits

to enhance students' practical exposure.
Collaborate with faculty and industry experts to conduct
career-oriented panels

guest sessions

skill workshops
.
4. Academic & Institutional Support
Promote institutional programs such as

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's Degree (MBA preferred).
3-10 years of experience in
