We at Innomatics are looking for an experienced Placement Coordinator to join us and strengthen our Placement Vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible to develop and expand our Hiring Partner network and enable our students to successfully land jobs.
:
Client Acquisition- Gathering information about Job fairs and all relevant recruitment advertisements
Coordinating with companies to learn about their recruitment procedures
Maintaining and regularly updating Database of Students
Maintaining Database of Companies and establishing strategic links for campus recruitments
Identifying the needs and expectations of the companies to assist them in recruiting the most suitable candidates
Organizing pre-placement training for students (Interpersonal Skills, Resume building, Soft Skills, Mock Interview)
Arranging periodic meetings with Human Resources Departments and TPO's of companies to promote our Institute
Collecting feedback from employers where our students are placed
Required Knowledge
1-2 years of professional full time work experience associated with recruitment, placement, and hiring functions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrable experience in building client base
Has proficiency using spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets), is able to analyses data and create reports from spreadsheets
A positive "can-do" attitude.
Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate.
Tremendously outgoing, engaged, creative and organized.
Experience with LinkedIn and job boards is a must.
