Job Title: Executive - Placement Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and professional Executive - Placement Officer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive database of passing-out

students, actively connecting them with suitable job opportunities, and fostering strong industry

relationships, especially within the multimedia sector.

Key Responsibilities:

? Maintain and regularly update the database of passing-out students with relevant

academic and skill details.

? Identify and match students with appropriate job opportunities across industries.

? Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, especially HRs from

multimedia and related companies.

? Develop new corporate contacts and partnerships to expand placement opportunities.

? Actively use LinkedIn and other professional platforms for sourcing companies and

opportunities.

? Organize and coordinate campus recruitment drives, virtual interviews, job fairs, and

career counseling sessions.

? Follow up with companies and students post-placement for feedback and documentation.

? Prepare regular reports on placement activities, success rates, and industry interactions.

? Travel as required for corporate meetings, tie-ups, and placement drives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably with a background in HR, Marketing, or

Media).

? Freshers with exceptional communication and networking skills may also apply.

? Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written.

? Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

? Good understanding of sourcing methods using LinkedIn, job portals, and other

networks.

? Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

? Energetic, well-groomed, and professional in conduct.

? Willingness to travel for official work, events, and client meetings.

Preferred Attributes:

? Prior experience in student placement, training institutes, or education industry is a plus.

? Knowledge of the multimedia industry and current hiring trends will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
