Job Description

Placement Facilitation:

Organize and manage the placement process for students acrossbranches in Assigned Regions. Identify potential employers and industries to partner with forstudent placement. Ensure that students meet the eligibility criteria for placement inspecific industries. Achieve the monthly target of 40 placements by consistentlydelivering on placement goals.

Branch Coordination:

Collaborate with branch heads and faculty members to understandthe placement needs of each branch. Ensure that each branch is informed of placement opportunities and students are well-prepared. Organize on-campus placement drives, interviews, and job fairs atdifferent branches.

Employer Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, employers,and corporate partners. Negotiate and coordinate with companies for placement opportunities. Follow up with employers and resolve any issues arising during the placement process.

Career Counseling:

Provide career guidance and counseling to students to help them in job preparation, CV building, interview techniques, and more. Conduct workshops and seminars on interview skills, resume writing,and career planning. oConduct Talentino programs for talent development initiatives or platforms that focus on enhancing skills and capabilities in various areas.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of placements,student profiles, employer details,and placement statistics. Prepare and submit monthly reports on placement progress to the management team. Document feedback from both students and employers to improve future placement strategies.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on market trends, employment opportunities, and industry needs to ensure successful placement efforts. Suggest improvements in the placement process and work towards enhancing the employability of students.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
