Student Preparation & Training
Conduct training sessions on resume building, interview techniques, group discussions, and soft skills.
Guide students in career planning, industry trends, and job opportunities.
Motivate and mentor students to enhance their employability skills.
Administration & Reporting
Prepare and circulate placement-related reports, statistics, and achievements.
Maintain records of placed and unplaced students.
Ensure smooth communication between students, faculty, and companies.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management, HR, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or corporate relations (preferred in the education sector).
