Key Responsibilities

1.Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and recruiters.

2.Organize placement drives, training sessions, and industry interactions.

3.Guide students in career development, interview preparation, and professional readiness.

4.Develop strategies to achieve exceptional placement outcomes across programs.

5.Collaborate with departments to align student skill sets with industry needs.

Desired Qualifications

Master's Degree (MBA preferred) with excellent communication & networking skills.

Prior experience in training, placement, or corporate relations will be an added advantage.

Energetic, proactive, and student-focused professional.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
