Job title: Placement Officer

Work location: Bangalore, Jayanagar 9th block.

Experience: 2+ Years in Digital Marketing Placements

Roles and Responsibilities:

? Determine placement requirements and assist all interested learners in identifying employment opportunities based on their interests.

? Manage all student-related activities from job postings, and applications, managing the placement database of students, etc.

? To have close liaison with industry for the placement of students.

? Preparing placement calendar for the entire year scheduling companies on campus and leading all communication related to Recruiters.

? To collect feedback from the companies coming for placement

? Arrange training programs for soft skills and interview-facing skills for the students using institutional and external expertise.

? Engage with employers in order to develop and foster work-integrated learning opportunities for students.

? Design and implement student work-readiness and career development programming, including resume development, interview preparation workshops, etc.

Requirements and skills:

? Proven work experience as a Placement Officer

? An ability to understand and analyze performance metrics

? Strong communication and team management skills

? Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
