Interview Coordination: Coordinate with students to schedule interviews with potential employers.
Mentorship on Interviewing Skills: Mentor students on essential interview skills, including telephone etiquette and resume building, to ensure their readiness for the job market.
Placement Activity Oversight: Oversee placement activities to ensure smooth and efficient placement processes while building strong relationships with employers.
Experience in IT Placements: Previous experience in providing placement assistance to students in IT companies will be considered an advantage.
Job Call Target Achievement: Ensure the achievement of monthly targets for sharing job opportunities with students.
Placement Success Monitoring: Take responsibility for achieving maximum placement rates for Yess InfoTech students each month.
Student Feedback Collection: Collect reviews and feedback from students after successful placements (e.g., video testimonials, Google reviews).
Job Call Sharing: Ensure that 3-5 genuine job calls are shared with students on a daily basis, to help them secure relevant job opportunities.
