We're on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Placement Officer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will oversee all facets of building enduring relationships with our clients, from identifying job opportunities to coordinating placements and offering support and guidance to students.

Responsibilities:



Client Acquisition

: Researching and gathering information about job fairs and relevant recruitment advertisements.

Collaboration

: Working closely with educational institutions, employers, and industry partners to pinpoint job opportunities for students.

Relationship Development

: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with employers and industry professionals to grasp their hiring needs and preferences.

Needs Assessment

: Identifying the needs and expectations of companies to help them recruit the most suitable candidates.

Placement Coordination

: Managing the placement process, including scheduling interviews, facilitating job offers, and monitoring placement outcomes.

Student Support

: Providing career counselling and guidance to students, including assistance with resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.

Networking

: Organizing and participating in career fairs, networking events, and employer presentations to promote placement opportunities and foster relationships.

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in career services, placement, or recruitment, with a minimum of 3 years of similar experience. Thorough understanding of the education sector, job market trends, and industry-specific requirements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills. Ability to establish and maintain relationships with students, employers, and industry partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Experience managing and utilizing a comprehensive database of company HR contact details to foster relationships and enhance placement opportunities. Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
