Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain partnerships with companies, organizations, and recruiters for student placements.
Assist students in resume preparation, interview skills, and overall career readiness through workshops and one-on-one sessions.
Track placement statistics and prepare periodic reports for management.
Provide career counseling and guidance to students.
Ensure timely communication between companies and students regarding selection processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and employment opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, Education, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in placement or career services, preferably in an educational or training institute.
Strong industry contacts and networking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and placement management software/tools.
