located in Koti, offering short-term vocational courses (3-month duration) aimed at empowering youth with industry-relevant skills.
Following the completion of training, we actively support our students in securing job placements across various companies in Hyderabad.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a
Placement Officer
to manage and enhance our student placement efforts. The candidate will establish employer connections, coordinate placement activities, and support students with interview preparation and job-readiness. This role is central to ensuring the employability outcomes of our training programs.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Candidate must have a strong network with multi Companies to provide placement to our trained students.

Build New connection and maintain relationships with companies to create job opportunities for trained candidates of our Centre.
- Help students with CV/resume preparation and interview readiness.
- Ensure wide outreach and participation through local promotion.
- Coordinate with trainers to assess student readiness and align job roles accordingly.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
Strong networks with multiples Companies/ organizational and coordination abilities.
Familiarity with recruitment processes and job portals.

Proven ability to manage events and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Good command of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.
Prior 2+ years of experience in placement, recruitment (NGO experience preferred) or skill training centres is an advantage.
Fluency in English and the local language.
