key Responsibilities:
Organize campus placement drives and career-related events.
Build and maintain connections with HRs and recruiting companies.
Schedule interviews and group discussions with companies.
Handle placement enquiries and coordinate smoothly between students and recruiters.
Maintain updated placement records and student details.
Share job openings and updates.
Guide students through the placement process, including resume writing, interview preparation, and communication skills.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or a related field preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (MS office, email handling, documentation)
Good organizational and coordination skills
