We are seeking a placement officer with strong communication and interpersonal skills to organize and execute the placement drives and manage follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
Support the students and provide placement assistance.
Connect with the hiring managers and approach different companies.
Coordinate Placement drives and follows ups
Do enquiries and make follow-ups.
Stay updated with industry trends and job market demands.
Maintain a smooth relationship with the management and students.
Prepare and maintain records.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration and MBA are preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient and fluent in English and Malayalam.
Knowledge of IT and computer software.
