The Placement Coordinator at our institute holds a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of technical education and career placement services. This hybrid position combines technical expertise with industry connections to provide comprehensive support to students and faculty while fostering relationships with employers and studios.
Responsibilities
Overseeing student progress, providing guidance and support, and ensuring a conducive learning environment.
Be a part in recruiting, training, and managing a team of instructors, ensuring they are qualified and equipped to deliver high-quality education.
Develop and nurture relationships with animation and VFX studios, production houses, and companies.
Assist students in resume building, portfolio creation, and interview preparation for placement opportunities.
Plan and execute placement drives, recruitment events, and job fairs to facilitate student placements.
Gather feedback from recruiters, employers, and alumni to enhance student training and placement processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree
Proven experience (preferably min 2 years) placement coordination.
Strong communication, networking, and organizational abilities.
