Role Summary:
The Placement Officer is responsible for coordinating student placements, building relationships with companies, and ensuring successful employment opportunities for students after course completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters
Identify job opportunities and arrange campus recruitment drives
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and placement schedules
Prepare students for placements through resume guidance and interview preparation
Maintain placement records, reports, and student employment data
Communicate placement updates to students and management
Organize career guidance sessions, workshops, and mock interviews
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good coordination and organizational abilities
Knowledge of recruitment and placement processes
Ability to work with students, faculty, and corporate partners
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, spreadsheets)
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in placements, HR, training, or recruitment (freshers may be considered)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
