Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Placement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong English language skills and have established connections with multinational corporations (MNCs). In this role, you will be responsible for managing student placement processes, building relationships with companies, and ensuring successful job placements for graduates.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with MNCs and industry partners to secure internship and full-time employment opportunities for students. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate stakeholders. Assist students in resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies. Organize placement drives, career fairs, and networking events. Provide career counseling and guidance to students regarding employment opportunities.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high proficiency in English. Proven connections with MNCs and corporate partners. Experience in career services, recruitment, or similar fields preferred. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
