Role Overview



The Placement Officer will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with industry partners, coordinating student internships, and ensuring successful job placements. The role requires excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills to effectively connect students with suitable career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities



Establish and maintain tie-ups with companies, firms, and institutions for internships and placements. Coordinate student internship programs, ensuring proper documentation, tracking, and weekly reporting. Monitor placement progress and maintain detailed records of student employment status. Organize campus recruitment drives, employer interactions, and career guidance sessions. Support students with resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling. Collaborate with academic departments to align training programs with current market requirements. Prepare periodic placement reports and submit updates to management.

Requirements



Qualification:

Any Degree or Post-Graduation.

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years in placement coordination, HR, recruitment consultancy, or corporate tie-ups (education/training sector preferred).

Strong communication and networking skills. Ability to build and sustain professional relationships with companies. Excellent organizational, coordination, and reporting skills.

Salary



Based on experience and performance.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
