We are a leading education and training institute seeking a Placement Officer to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Placement Officer to assist our students in finding employment opportunities. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, employers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement placement strategies to ensure students are employed within their chosen field

- Build and maintain relationships with employers to secure job opportunities for students

- Provide career guidance and support to students

- Organize job fairs, industry events, and other placement-related activities

- Meet placement targets and report on placement statistics

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any field

- Proven experience in placement, recruitment, or a related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
