Position Overview

As a Placement Officer, you will be responsible for building relationships with employers, organizing recruitment activities, and helping students secure job placements. You will provide career counseling, collaborate with academic departments, and stay updated on job market trends to effectively match candidates with the right opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective strategies and provide placement assistance and mentoring to students
Develop and maintain relationships with companies and organizations.
Coordinate all aspects of the placement process, including scheduling interviews, follow-ups, and feedback collection.
Providing information and documentation about placements to students.
Stay updated on job market trends to match students with suitable job opportunities.
Requirements

Experience as a Placement Officer or in a similar role, preferably in an education field.
Excellent Communication skills in English
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
