Identify potential employers and arrange campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and interview sessions.
Should be willing to travel and maintain strong relationships with companies across India to facilitate student placements.
Guide and mentor students in resume writing, interview preparation, and career counseling.
Collaborate with academic teams to understand course outcomes and align placement opportunities accordingly.
Track student placement data and prepare regular reports on placement success rates.
Ensure students are aware of job opportunities and provide support throughout the application process.
Establish partnerships with industries for internships, live projects, and recruitment purposes.
Stay updated on industry trends and job market demands to enhance placement strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Placement Officer or in a similar role.
Strong network and connections with companies across various industries in India.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in using placement management systems and Microsoft Office.
