Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Placement Officer to build strong corporate connections, coordinate student placements, and support interview preparation. The ideal candidate will actively drive placement opportunities and ensure students are career-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with companies to ensure consistent placement opportunities. Network with industry partners, HR representatives, and hiring managers Research and scout for new job openings, internships, and apprenticeships Stay updated on industry trends and job market demands Coordinate and organize campus recruitment drives and interviews. Guide students in resume building, interview skills, and career planning. Track and ensure placement progress of all eligible students. Prepare and maintain placement-related reports and records. Collaborate with academic and training teams to align student readiness. Reach out to new companies and expand placement networks. Provide regular updates to management on placement activities and outcomes. Manage all student placement-related work

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role/ Freshers can apply also Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with industry partners Strong organizational and coordination skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
