Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Placement Officer to build strong relationships with companies, manage campus placement activities, and ensure maximum employment opportunities for students. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, networking, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Build and maintain strong industry connections for placement opportunities. Coordinate campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and internship programs. Guide students on resume building, interview preparation, and career planning. Organize training sessions, workshops, and mock interviews for skill enhancement. Maintain and update placement records, company databases, and student profiles. Collaborate with faculty and management to align placement activities with academic schedules. Ensure timely communication between students, recruiters, and institutions. Track and analyze placement statistics and prepare regular reports.

Skills Required:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities Organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Knowledge of recruitment platforms and social media outreach
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
