Key Responsibilities:
Employer Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, companies, and industry professionals to create placement opportunities for students.
Placement Drives & Job Fairs:
Plan, coordinate, and execute campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and off-campus placement events.
Pre-Placement Training:
Organize workshops and training sessions on resume writing, interview skills, group discussions, aptitude tests, and other career-prep topics.
Career Counseling:
Guide and mentor students on career paths, job roles, industry expectations, and interview preparation.
Industry Collaboration:
Collaborate with industry partners to arrange internships, live projects, and industry interaction sessions.
Record Management:
Maintain accurate databases of student profiles, placement statistics, and employer contacts.
Travel & Outreach:
Visit companies and attend industry events to expand the institution's recruitment network. (A valid driving license and personal vehicle are required.)
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, HR, Education, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in student placement or career services, preferably within the education sector.
Strong industry network in sectors such as logistics, accounting, or office management is an advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
