Job Summary:

Des-Tech Academy is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented

Placement Officer

to connect with companies across South India and secure internship and placement opportunities for our students. The role demands strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills, with frequent travel to meet potential employers and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and develop relationships with companies across South India to secure internship and placement opportunities for students. Actively coordinate with students and ensure successful placement in relevant organizations. Build and maintain a strong network of HR professionals, industry leaders, and recruiters. Conduct pre-placement training sessions, mock interviews, and career guidance for students (if required). Maintain placement records, reports, and ensure student-employer satisfaction. Travel extensively across South India to meet hiring companies and build strong industry tie-ups.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree mandatory). Age:

24 to 40 years

. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluency in

English, Malayalam, and Tamil

OR

English, Malayalam, and Kannada

. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence decision-makers. Must own a

two-wheeler with a valid license

for travel. Prior experience in placement, recruitment, sales, or corporate relations is an added advantage.

Desired Skills:

Attractive and confident communication style. Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with organizations. Good organizational and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively across South India.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
