to manage campus recruitment activities and ensure high placement rates for our students. The candidate will act as a bridge between the students and industry, assisting students with employability skills and coordinating placement drives with various companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and recruiters.
Identify potential recruiters and organize campus recruitment drives.
Counsel students regarding career opportunities and guide them in resume building, interview skills, and overall employability.
Collaborate with training teams to design and conduct employability training programs (mock interviews, soft skills sessions, etc.).
Track placement data, maintain records, and prepare placement reports.
Coordinate with academic teams to understand student strengths and match them with job opportunities.
Arrange industry talks, guest lectures, internships, and industrial visits.
Ensure students are well-prepared and meet company requirements during placement activities.
Act as a liaison between students, alumni, and employers.
Regularly follow up with placed students and recruiters for feedback.
