Establish and maintain relationships with companies, HR professionals, and industry partners.
Invite organizations for campus recruitment and organize placement drives, internships, and career fairs.
Maintain a database of recruiters and regularly follow up for new opportunities.
Student Support & Training:
Provide career counseling and guidance to students.
Organize resume writing workshops, mock interviews, soft skills training, and personality development sessions.
Track student performance and ensure they are industry-ready.
Placement Process Management:
Coordinate the complete placement process, including pre-placement talks, interviews, assessments, and follow-ups.
Ensure proper documentation of all placement-related activities.
Collect and analyze placement data and prepare reports for management and accreditation bodies.
Coordination & Communication:
Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and companies.
Communicate placement policies, procedures, and updates to all stakeholders.
Handle grievances and ensure transparency in the placement process.
