Job Summary

BEAT EDU CENTRE is looking for a proactive and professional

Placement Officer

for our Kochi branch. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role and

excellent fluency in English

. This position is crucial in driving student placements, building industry relationships, and preparing students for career success.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and HR professionals. Organize and coordinate campus placement drives, internships, and job fairs. Prepare students for interviews through soft skill training, mock interviews, and resume workshops. Track and report student placement progress and outcomes. Understand student profiles and align placement opportunities accordingly. Stay updated on industry hiring trends and demands.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or a related field. Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) - mandatory. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to meet placement targets and work under deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and virtual communication tools.
