Key Responsibilities:
Job Sourcing & Industry Outreach:
Identify and build strong relationships with airlines, ground handling companies, airports, travel companies, and hospitality firms.
Stay updated on aviation industry hiring trends and job openings.
Organize job fairs, placement drives, and campus interviews with aviation recruiters.
Student Career Support:
Guide students in resume building, interview preparation, and soft skills specific to aviation roles.
Match students with suitable job profiles based on their training, performance, and aptitude.
Track and support students during their onboarding and initial job phases.
Placement Records & Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of student placements, employer feedback, and offer letters.
Submit monthly placement status reports to management.
Collaboration & Branding:
Work with the marketing and academic team to promote placement success stories.
Assist in curriculum feedback based on industry expectations.
