Key responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential employers and industry partners.
Understand the recruitment needs of companies and align student skills with employer expectations.
Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and interviews.
Coordinate the application, selection, and placement process for students.
Provide career advice, resume-building, and interview preparation for students.
Offer workshops and sessions on career development and job readiness.
Assist students in understanding their strengths and career goals.
Help students find suitable job or internship opportunities and navigate the recruitment process.
Track placement data, including offers, employer details, and student placement status.
Maintain relationships with alumni to facilitate networking and mentoring opportunities for current students.
Work with faculty and departments to understand the skills and qualifications students are gaining.
