Placement Officer

to manage placement activities, corporate relations, and student career coordination. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between students, trainers, colleges, and hiring companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate end-to-end placement activities for students trained across various domains Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate HRs, recruiters, and hiring managers Arrange campus drives, walk-in interviews, and virtual hiring sessions Coordinate with trainers to align training outcomes with placement requirements Maintain placement records, student profiles, and recruiter databases Guide students on resume preparation, interview readiness, and career planning Conduct placement orientation sessions and mock interviews Collaborate with colleges and institutions for placement support and MoUs Track placement metrics and prepare regular reports for management Support students during onboarding and post-placement follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or any relevant field Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously Good understanding of hiring processes and job market trends Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organizational and documentation skills

Preferred Experience:

Experience in placement coordination, training institutes, colleges, or staffing Exposure to IT, Analytics, Finance, or Skill Development training programs Prior experience working with colleges or corporate recruiters
