Campus Recruitment & Internship Management
: Plan, coordinate, and oversee campus recruitment drives, job fairs, internship placement programs, and industry visits.
Student Training & Career Readiness
: Organize and conduct training and preparatory sessions for students -- resume writing, interview skills, soft skills, career readiness, and employability enhancement.
Placement Records & Reporting
: Maintain a comprehensive database of student profiles, placement and internship records; track placement outcomes and prepare regular placement reports for institutional review.
Academic Coordination
: Collaborate with academic departments to align placement strategies with curriculum objectives; coordinate internships, industrial training and live-project opportunities.
Industry Interaction & Networking Events
: Organize and coordinate guest lectures, seminars, workshops, MoUs with industry, alumni networking events, and other professional-development sessions to strengthen student exposure to real-world corporate environments.
Communications & Stakeholder Management
: Manage all placement-related communications across multiple channels (emails, professional platforms, alumni networks), ensuring clear and timely correspondence with students, recruiters, and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
Master's degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum
3 years
(or more) of experience in placements, campus recruitment, HR, training, or corporate relations -- preferably in an academic/educational institution setting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office suite; familiarity with digital communication platforms.
Demonstrated ability to mentor, guide, and motivate students; strong organizational and coordination skills; ability to work across multiple departments and with external partners.
High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and commitment to the institution's values.
