Filter profiles based on required skills, experience, and location preferences.
Maintain an updated database of potential candidates.
Call and screen candidates to check communication skills, qualifications, and job interest.
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Send interview invites and track attendance.
Coordinate with colleges and universities for placement drives.
Conduct pre-placement talks, manage assessments, and facilitate interview processes.
Maintain relationships with college placement departments.
Maintain records of selected candidates and joining details.
Prepare daily or weekly recruitment reports for management.
Follow up on offer letters and joining formalities.
Assist in joining formalities and orientation of new employees.
Ensure smooth onboarding and communication with new hires
