Job Description

The Placement Officer will be responsible for facilitating career opportunities for students

trained by Anudip. Key responsibilities include:

Establish and maintain partnerships with companies and recruiters to create job
opportunities for students

Coordinate with industry professionals and HR managers for student placements Collect and manage resumes and career profiles of students Share student profiles with relevant recruiters and follow up on hiring processes Organize and coordinate placement drives, job fairs, and campus recruitment events Guide students on JDs Track and maintain data of student interviews, selections, and placement status Assist students in post-placement support, including onboarding guidance Prepare regular reports on placement activities and outcomes Liaise with training and operation teams to ensure alignment between skills and job
roles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
