About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Placement Officer

who has a proven track record in managing both

technical and non-technical placements

. The ideal candidate should possess

strong industry connections

and be capable of coordinating end-to-end placement activities for students across diverse domains.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with

IT companies, startups, MNCs, and non-technical organizations

for campus recruitment drives. Identify and onboard new hiring partners to increase placement opportunities. Organize

placement drives, job fairs, internships, and recruitment events

. Coordinate with students, provide

career guidance, resume-building support, and interview preparation

. Maintain placement records and submit regular reports to the management.

Requirements

Extensiveyears of experience as a Placement Officer / Corporate Relations / HR / Training & Placement role. Strong

networking skills and established connections with recruiters

in both technical and non-technical sectors. Excellent

communication, coordination, and negotiation skills

. Ability to multitask and manage placement targets efficiently.

Salary:

As per industry standards / Negotiable based on experience
