Develop and maintain relationships with corporate organizations, HR managers, and recruiters to secure placement opportunities.
Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and career guidance sessions.
Conduct pre-placement training including resume writing, interview preparation, soft skills, and group discussions.
Track student career interests, maintain placement records, and monitor employment outcomes.
Collaborate with academic departments to align student skills with industry requirements.
Maintain an updated database of employers and job opportunities.
Prepare and circulate placement brochures, profiles, and promotional material.
Ensure timely communication between recruiters and students throughout the placement process.
Provide career counseling and guidance to students for both internships and full-time roles.
Monitor industry trends to identify emerging career opportunities.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management, HR, Education, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in campus placements, corporate relations, or talent acquisition (preferred).
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to mentor and motivate students.
Proficiency in MS Office and placement management tools.
