Key Responsibilities
Placement Lead Generation & Sourcing Employers
: Identify prospective companies in Bengaluru to hire trained students.
Job Fair & Industrial Visits
: Organize on-site job fairs and employer visits.
Coordination & Target Management
: Track placement targets and coordinate with training centers on student placement details.
Resume Management & Interview Scheduling
: Collect, curate, and share resumes with employers; schedule interviews for students.
Candidate Follow-Up & Retention
: Follow up with both employers and placed candidates for feedback and satisfaction checks, maintaining retention for at least 3 months.
Documentation & MIS Reporting
: Maintain placement records, update formats, and generate periodic reports.
Tie-Ups & MOUs
: Establish industry connections, draft MOUs or tie-up letters for placement partnerships.
Travel (Local)
: May involve traveling across Bengaluru or nearby areas for employer visits and job fairs.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum
1 year of experience
in
placement coordination
,
talent acquisition
, or
HR sourcing
, preferably in the
education or training sector
.
Graduate degree preferred; MBA or BBA advantageous.
Compensation
Expected salary range for this role:
?20,000 to ?30,000 per month.
