Placement Coordination
Align candidate skills with job openings in core sectors.
Share job opportunities with trained candidates regularly.
Coordinate interviews and selection processes between trainees and companies.
Follow up on placement outcomes and maintain placement records.
3.
Candidate Preparation & Support
Organize
pre-placement training
(mock interviews, resume building, soft skills, communication).
Ensure trainees understand job profiles, expectations, and career paths.
Guide students in
certification processes
(e.g., NSDC, Sector Skill Councils).
4.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate placement data (offer letters, salary slips, joining status).
Prepare monthly/quarterly placement reports for management and funding partners.
Ensure compliance with NSQF/NSDC norms or government schemes (PMKVY, NULM, DDU-GKY, etc.).
5.
Alumni & Employer Feedback
Collect and analyze feedback from both placed candidates and employers.
Use feedback to improve training content and industry alignment.
Sector-Specific Focus
Solar Trade:
Connect with companies involved in solar panel installation, maintenance, EPC.
Promote roles like Solar Technician, PV Installer, Site Supervisor.
Automobile Trade:
Engage with automobile dealerships, service centers, and OEMs.
Target roles like Service Technician, Auto Electrician, Mechanic, QA inspector.
Optical Fiber / 5G:
Liaise with telecom companies and fiber optic contractors.
