Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Placement Officer to join Easa College of Engineering & Technology in Coimbatore. As a Senior-level role, this full-time position requires an individual with 7 to 10 years of experience. The Placement Officer will be instrumental in bridging the gap between academia and industries, ensuring successful campus recruitments and fostering strong relationships with industry partners.
Qualifications and Skills

• Preferably from the Engineering Degree is required.
• Experience in working with Engineering College as a full-time Placement Officer is must.
• Recruitment Strategies (Mandatory skill): Expertise in developing and implementing effective campus recruitment strategies.

• Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment trends and improve the placement process through data-driven insights.
