Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, industry professionals, and corporate clients to generate placement opportunities for students.
Acquire new clients through networking, cold calling, meetings, and business development strategies.
Collaborate with the academic team to understand student profiles and align placements with their career goals.
Organize and coordinate campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and company presentations.
Provide career counselings and placement guidance to students to enhance their employability.
Track job market trends and employer needs, ensuring that students are prepared for relevant industries.
Maintain records of student placements, employer feedback, and placement drive outcomes
Develop and implement strategies to improve the placement rate of students.
Assist students in resume building, interview preparation, and developing soft skills.
Manage relationships with alumni and leverage their networks for placement opportunities.
Preferred candidate profile
Must have prior experience in Placement Officer / Corporate Relations / Training & Placement
Experience in EdTech, Training Institutes, Colleges, or Skill Development organizations
Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building ability
Comfortable with client meetings, college visits, and student interactions
Ability to handle multiple placement drives and high-volume student batches
