Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry partners.
Organize campus interviews, recruitment drives, and job fairs.
Identify placement opportunities and align them with student skills.
Assist students with resume building, interview preparation, and career guidance.
Maintain and update a database of students, placement records, and recruiters.
Coordinate with academic and training teams to match curriculum with industry needs.
Prepare regular placement reports and present outcomes to management.
Promote the organization's talent pool to potential employers.
Required Skills & Competencies

Ability to counsel and guide students for career readiness.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of online job portals preferred.

Qualifications
Minimum: Graduate in Management, HR, Education, or related field (MBA/HR preferred).
Experience: 2-4 years in placements, recruitment, HR, or corporate relations.
