Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Placement Officer cum Soft Skills Trainer to support our students in achieving successful career outcomes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building fruitful industry relationships, arranging placements, and delivering impactful soft skills training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Placement & Industry Coordination:

Build and maintain strong relationships with companies for student placements and internships Coordinate campus recruitment drives, interviews, and industry interactions Identify job opportunities and match suitable candidates Prepare placement reports, maintain student records, and track placement progress Guide students on resume preparation, interview skills, and professional grooming

Training & Skill Development:

Conduct engaging soft skills training sessions (communication, teamwork, professionalism, time management, etc.) Train students in interview techniques, workplace etiquette, and confidence-building Develop training materials, activities, and assessments Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's preferred) Prior experience in placement coordination or training (preferred) Strong communication, counselling, and presentation skills Ability to build corporate connections and manage recruitment processes Good interpersonal skills and student-friendly approach Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting
